Payment & Confirmation
Payment confirmation is required for final registration. Early Bird pricing is available only until the stated deadline or until allocated slots are filled.
Event Details
Date, venue, reporting time, wave timing, categories, scoring process and operational instructions may be updated. STRONGX will communicate material updates through official channels.
Athlete Responsibility
Participants must arrive fit to compete, follow safety instructions, respect judges and disclose any medical limitation that may affect participation.
Movement Standards
Reps, scores and rankings are subject to judge decisions and event rules. Unsafe movement, non-compliance or misconduct may lead to penalties or refusal of participation.
Refunds & Transfers
Refunds, transfers or category changes may be limited once payment is confirmed, because event capacity, merchandise, staffing and lane planning are reserved in advance.
Media Consent
Event photography and video may be captured for STRONGX communication, social media, athlete stories and brand documentation unless restricted by applicable law.
Code of Conduct
Athletes, guests and team members must behave respectfully. Abuse, unsafe conduct, damage to property or disruption of the event can result in removal.
Liability
Functional fitness involves physical risk. Participants are responsible for training readiness and must follow on-ground safety guidance at all times.
