Your bib is timed from start to finish. Judges mark whether each station is completed. Final score is time score plus station completion bonus minus skip penalties.
If final scores are tied, the faster total finish time ranks higher. Category ranking is based on final score first, then verified finish time.
Yes. Every station must be completed before moving to the next run. Every rep counts toward a valid finish.
Bring training shoes, a valid ID, water bottle, towel and comfortable performance wear. Final event-day instructions will be shared before the event.
Yes, if they can move safely and are ready to attempt the full circuit. IGNITE is measurable and competitive, but it is also the first STRONGX entry test.
